Christopher G. Boehm
Chief Financial Officer, Education Corporation of America
Following nearly 15 years with Willis Stein, Mr. Boehm joined Education Corporation of America (“ECA”) full-time in 2011 as a member of its board of directors and its Chief Financial Officer and EVP of Corporate Development. With ECA, he is responsible for all financial and strategic operations and partners closely with Stu Reed, its CEO, in leading the overall management of the company.
Mr. Boehm joined Willis Stein in 1996 and served as Managing Director through 2010. Prior to joining Willis Stein, Mr. Boehm was in the investment banking division at Salomon Brothers.
Mr. Boehm serves on the boards of directors of Education Corporation of America, Education Partners, FDH Velocitel and the successor to Lincoln Clean Energy, which he co-founded, as well as the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund and the Evans Scholars Foundation/Western Golf Association. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard University and holds B.S. degrees, summa cum laude, in Finance and Accountancy from Miami University.
